Scarborough condos

The condo suited our needs very well: clean, comfortable, perfect location, and building gym and indoor parking were a bonus. The condo was as advertised. The hosts were generally responsive and pleasant. One issue arose with a difficult and delayed check in given miscommunication between the host and concierge/security. Once we were in, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

We are so thankful that we had this place to stay for a month! They were very understanding (especially when my two very young children were throwing temper tantrums). They were quick to answer any of our questions and/or concerns. They had all the amenities we needed, and the location is great. Thanks for having us, Peyman and family!

We stayed at Karen's place for our three-month home renovations. She was a very kind and efficient host. The apartment is very comfortable and convenient: quiet neighbourhood, close to the Main Station subway, grocery stores, laundry facilities, restaurants, community rec centre, playground.

I am so lucky to find this place at VRBO. And thank you so much Letitia for making mine and my family's staying experience wonderful. We enjoyed our time and your lovely place. We stayed here for a month and it had everything you need. Leticia is very kind, considerate and easy going. I will be definitely recommending this place for my friends and family coming to Toronto. Location is great and its a very quite neighborhood. Thank you again for being an amazing host!

Host is very nice. The place is very quiet and a pleasant space to chill. Easy to get around area via walking, bus, or car.

It was a rental for my 97 year old mother while we were renovating her home. It fit the bill. Nice layout, good room sizes, wood-burning fireplace and an walk out to the backyard. My only complaint:- a family is living upstairs and they were very noisy in the morning and around dinner time. There is no sound proofing between floors so you can hear everything. If you're looking for a quiet place this may be a challenge. Also be aware that if you book more than 28 days you don't pay tax on your stay. The host did not know this so when we extended out stay a couple of days to 30 days we lost out because we paid the extra tax of $550 ish initially. I don't know why this is not in bold type on all listings...Also be aware that if you live in Ontario you can write this off on your taxes as a Staycation - I believe its 20%

We were in Toronto to move our daughter into Ryerson. Philip and Anthony’s apartment was the perfect launch pad! Perfectly appointed, the apartment was spotless and included considerate touches like coffee, milk, OJ and breakfast staples. Philip was there to greet us and provide a rundown of all the ins and outs. Thank you so much for a terrific stay!
